Thank you for your interest in becoming part of The Tactical Nation family. Our portfolio is truly global where 14 countries are currently represented by The Tactical Nation.

 

We have been blessed with the opportunity to represent these brands and we look forward to making a huge impact on the industry with quality products at fair pricing for the consumer.

 

We want ALL our appointed dealers to be taken care of with the highest degree of professionalism and we actually want our dealers to make good money for their hard work. This is our goal from the very first email we ever sent out:

 

The Tactical Nation is for the shooter. Always. Then we want to bring much need change to an industry dominated by a monopoly. We want our dealers to get fair pricing and to see returns for their investment in our brands.

 

Below we run through a few terms and conditions. The Tactical Nation will become known as a company that is fair, honest and transparent. We are a company that both sides of the industry will come to know as the driving force for bringing more gun owners safely into the world of firearm ownership.

 

Legal Disclaimer: ALL firearms and ammunition are sold, distributed and dispatched through our dealership Marksman Arms and Firearms Training a duly licenced and accredited dealership located at Sanmar Gebou, 71 Louis Trichardt Street, Parktown Estates, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa 0002.

 

1. ONE SELLING PRICE. PERIOD

 

We have a one selling price (OSP) policy for most of our products and we expect our brands to be promoted and displayed prominently in all dealerships that are approved. The OSP is there to ensure that all dealers, big and small, are protected from any anti-competitive behaviour.

 

2. GEO PROTECTION

 

A noticeable difference of our business model is that we will be limiting the number of dealerships that stock our brands. We will give preference to the independent dealerships and to those dealerships who ensure they are first on the order forms whenever we announce a shipment is on the way.

 

3. PRE-ORDERS

 

We will not take any orders for any products or brands until we have recieved the necessary documentation that the products are ready for submission for export. As an example, we will first recieve confirmation of serial numbers for pistols before we send out notifications that a shipment is on the way.

 

4. PRICING TIERS

 

We have two pricing tiers which are there to provide rewards for loyalty to our brands.

 

VIP Status 

 

VIP Status earns dealerships a larger discount and more rewards in our rewards program as well as additional promotions and competitions for their customers.

 

Bear in mind that our OSP remains in place at all times. A larger discount does not mean dealers may lower prices, then we are no different to anyone else and are just perpetuating the same problem the industry is already facing where the consumer gets hurt.

 

VIP Status means being rewarded a higher margin.

 

We also wanted to strike a balance of trying to help the small dealers also achieve this pricing level so we have made available two avenues which ANY dealer can take advantage of:

 

1. Dealerships who place pre-orders when we announce a shipment is 15-45 days out depending on what the shipment is.

 

2. Dealerships who stock 12 or more of our brand portfolio automatically achieve VIP status and will keep this status provided they meet the stock and ordering quantities.

 

Standard Pricing is for all other orders.

 

5. DEALER REWARDS PROGRAM

 

Our rewards program will include exclusive promotions for your customers which will see various special experiences being awarded through competitions, surprise draws and social media interactions.

 

Our rewards program will also be aimed at your staff where they will be rewarded by The Tactical Nation for representing our brands. Please ask one of our sales rep for more information on how to sign up your staff which include a unique code to include on each sale of the brands in our portfolio.

 

6. ONLINE STORE

 

Shoot Smart SA is the only online store authorised to sell our brands and this will be strictly enforced. Shoot Smart has entered into agreement with The Tactical Nation and we will ensure that our agreement is honoured without question.

 

7. WARRANTIES 

 

All our brands have exceptional warranties, this is the first question we ask of every brand who approaches our team for distribution. Two of our stores, in Western Cape and Gauteng, serve as the warranty centre for any defective product and both have a full time in-house gun smith that will make sure any firearm is inspected timeously.

 

8. ORDER PROCESS

 

We will be implementing an online B2B system which will be accessed via The Tactical Nation website. Once your application is approved we will send log in details to the platform where all pricing, order forms, product manuals, approved marketing assets and current promotions will be made available.

 

Publicly sharing any of our price lists or information not meant for the general firearm community will lead to immediate closure of your account. This is a professional business and requires professional partners and more importantly a professional standard of conduct.

 

9. MARKETING SUPPORT 

 

In-store branding, displays and promotions will be supported by The Tactical Nation and our dealer network is expected to give attention to our brands. 

 

Our marketing strategy is unrivalled. While our events will be a launch pad for many of the brands we represent, it is the upcoming launch of our media platform that will  provide unique marketing opportunities for all the brands we represent.

 

TNGO will begin rolling out teasers and campaigns during the course of July 2025 and we are extremely excited about the potential, locally and internationally, of this platform. 

 

10. ORDER QUANTITY

 

Once again in an effort to support the dealers and also to ensure our own costs are covered the below is the minimum order quantities. We have consistently promoted a transparent process so to avoid ANY confusion the below is also a way to ensure that ALL dealers are treated equally and The Tactical Nation

 

Any dealership that stocks our products are held to the same expectations

 

Firearms Dealerships

 

A minimum of 5 brands from our portfolio must be stocked in your store. This includes:

 

One firearm brand is compulsory and 4 other brands of your choice.

 

The minimum order quantities are presented per category below.

 

A. FIREARMS

 

Reximex and Caretta a minimum order of 5 pistols and 5 shotguns.

 

Patriot Ordnance Factory and Kriss USA a minimum of 3 models must be displayed with 2 SKU's per model for a total of 6 units.

 

Archon Firearms a minimum of 5 pistols must be ordered along with accompanying holsters. 

 

Voere Hunting and Tactical Rifles a minimum of 3 models to be carried in 2 calibres each (6 in total)

 

Airmaks Arms a minimum of 3 models to be displayed with 3 units of each model order for a total of 9 units. 

 

AEA Precision Airguns a minimum of 3 models to be displayed with 5 units of each model for a total of 15 units.

 

Reximex Airguns a minimum of 3 models to be displayed with 5 units of each model for a total of 15 units.

 

b. OPTICS INCLUDING EYEWEAR 

 

Gatorz Eyewear a minimum order of 5 models to be displayed at all times with a total of 5 SKU's per model for a total of 25 units. All dealerships approved to stock Gatorz Eyewear will be required to commit to a monthly restock of 15 units per month to ensure that at no time stock is not availble. 

 

Atibal Optics a minimum of 5 models to be displayed with 5 SKU's of each for a total of 25 units. All stockists of Atibal Optics will be required to ensure that all models are in stock at all times.

 

Forceflex Eyewear a minimum of 5 models to be on display with 5 SKU's of each model ordered for a total of 25 units.

 

NobleX Optics a minimum of 8 models to be displayed with 5 SKU's of each model for a total of 40 units. Stock is to be available at all times.

 

c. APPAREL / GEAR / EQUIPMENT

 

Arrowhead Tactical Apparel is reserved for dealerships who are at VIP status and will be supplied on a 30 day NET basis. 

 

Pentagon a minimum order of R150,000 applies.

 

d. ACCESSORIES

 

Condition One a minimum of 3 models to be displayed with a minimum of 5 SKUS per model. 

 

Modestone Notepads requires a minimum order of R10,000 for a counter display stand.

 

Tac Maven a minimum of 6 models from the product range with of minimum of 10 SKU's per model for a total of 60 units.
